The author Sadhana Singh (Alessio Arenali) is a Lead Trainer of Kundalini Yoga and teaches and serves the teachings internationally. The study and practice of this science have inspired him as an author and he dedicates much of his time to Counselling using his experience of teaching to serve, guide and elevate others.
